As CTO, Michael is responsible for the IT vision, strategy and direction of PTI's technology solutions coupled with addressing the market-driven needs of clients. He has more than fifteen years experience with Global Trade Finance applications architecture and development. Appropriately, he oversees major engagements, emerging technologies, and IT infrastructures at clients. Michael is also responsible for project methodologies, technical standards and security for both client engagement delivery and PTI offices. Prior to PTI, Michael worked on banking/securities applications at global firms such as HSBC and conducted university based IT engineering research.

Michael has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University, China.

Gerald is responsible for Sales and Business Development of the financial supply chain solutions product suite 'FinShare'. He joined Premium in 2009 to develop and support the FinShare product suite before transferring to the Premium Sales and Business Development team. He is currently responsible for FinShare sales and business development. He works with clients to formulate financial supply chain solutions by leveraging their existing trade finance and technology capabilities. He has over 25 years of experience in banking, financial markets, and financial services with expertise in technology based solutions to help firms achieve strategic and mission-critical business objectives. He has held senior positions at SIAC, NYSE, Citigroup, and JPMChase.

Gerald has a B.S. Mathematics, University of Waterloo, Canada and a M.S. Computer Science, New York University, USA.

As CFO, Vivian manages the financial and accounting, human resources, and general administration functions at PTI.

Vivian has extensive experience with financial based activities such as loan origination and processing, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, financial planning and budgeting, and financial reporting.

Vivian has an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Pace University and a B.S. from Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan.

Fadhel is a Regional Director, responsible for Business Development of Digital Supply Chain Finance Solutions in Middle East and Africa. He joined Premium Technology in 2020 to develop and support the FinShare products suite. He works with clients to formulate strategic Digital Supply Chain Finance Solutions by leveraging on our existing trade finance and unique technology capabilities.

He has over 30 years of extensive experience in banking, particularly in, Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, Products Development and Islamic Banking. He has held senior managerial positions with JP Morgan Chase, Standard Chartered, ABN AMRO, Qatar Development and Gulf Bank.

Fadhel has MBA from University of Strathclyde, Scotland – UK.
