Michael has previously worked at global firms like HSBC on banking and securities applications.

With over 30 years of banking experience, he brings deep industry expertise to the team. Before joining Premium Technology, John was the Global Head of Supply Chain Finance at Citi, where he led key initiatives in the sector.
Gerald's main responsibility is driving sales and business development for FinShare. He specializes in technology-based solutions. He joined the Premium Technology team in 2009, and has over 25 years of experience in banking, financial markets, and financial services. He has held senior positions at SIAC, NYSE, Citigroup, and JPMChase.
Vivian's responsibilities encompass managing the financial and accounting, human resources, and general administration functions at Premium Technology. She is experienced in various financial activities, including loan origination and processing, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
