Customer Success

- Design and develop data analytics solutions to meet system requirements using CRM system and SQL and database management

- Analyze and develop user case scenarios for software system functional design utilizing Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data analytics, Data Visualization and Agile/Scrum methodology

- Develop and create prototypes to conduct and track usability testing using JIRA

- Design, plan, and perform software testing to ensure software quality following Agile/Scrum methodology

- Provide training, testing, and troubleshooting support

- Conduct Scrum meetings with stakeholders to revise system function and technical features

- Analyze business processes to analyze business systems processes, workflows, and requirements

Must have a Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus skills and knowledge in Data Mining, Data modeling, Data analytics and Data Visualization, CRM systems, SQL and database, Agile/Scrum, JIRA.

- Analyze and implement HR policies, practices, and workforce management, in compliance with US labor and employment laws

- Review, analyze, and sourcing management talents, applying knowledge of Global workforce strategy, Human Resource Management, Cross Border HRM, Labor Relations/regulations, and Employee Relations

- Define talent acquisition needs and labor market intelligence to merge the gap of HR practices in US, China, and South East Asia region, including talent compensation structure, workforce planning, and Performance Management

- Analyze candidates’ backgrounds and abilities in relation to job requirements

- Prepare and summarize reports on job analysis and HR evaluation analysis information on HRIS system

- Provide counsel and problem-resolution services to employees according to company’s policies, labor-law legislations, and state/federal requirements.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development, Labor Relations, Political Science, or general studies plus 1 year experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge in Labor Relations/regulation, Cross Border HRM, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition
