Total
Solution for Managing Supply Chain Movement
Our PO2P system
provides buyers, suppliers and financial institutions a comprehensive solution
to streamline the entire process involved in international trade. PO2P is a
web-enabled, Purchase Order tracking system which incorporates reconciliation
between a Purchase Order to the Pro-Forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and
Accounts Payables application. It integrates all functions including online
negotiations between buyers and suppliers, the creation, approval and invoice
management of Purchase Orders, and event-tracking inventory. This application
utilizes a powerful
document
preparation and management module
that enables the system to record and track all information necessary for
international trade. This system allows corporations and financial institutions
to know in advance the actual costs of goods being delivered. Such as,
charges and fees that may occur during transit (i.e. Customs duties,
miscellaneous fees, changes to the goods being delivered, etc), which then can
be reconciled against the Purchase Order prior to goods being delivered.
Integration
of Multi-Parties and Workflows
PO2P integrates the workflow associated with processing global trade information
while fostering a friendly, smooth and productive environment. Buyers,
suppliers, logistics providers, and financial institutions can effectively
monitor and modify physical information and financial flows associated with the
global supply chain. This feature lowers trade risks and processing costs while
providing complete visibility to all parties.
PO2P Process
Flow
- PO's
are uploaded into the PO Manager so that the seller can view the PO. The
seller then can agree or reject the PO via a web-based collaboration.
- If the
seller rejects, proposal changes can be forwarded to the buyer for review
- Buyer
can still change terms
- If the seller agrees, the PO is then complete and the
seller prepares shipment to the buyer. If the seller rejects, the PO goes
through another round of revision
- The PO Manager provides reconciliation of PO and
Commercial Invoice
- Buyer reviews PO, Commercial Invoice, and other
documents
- Buyer matches documents. If discrepancies are
identified then the documents are sent for resolution
- Based on reconciliation, payment instructions are
generated.

the supplier's warehouse floor to the final destination.
Matching
and Reconciliation
Our solutions reconcile between
the Purchase Order, Pro-Forma and Commercial Invoices, and the customer's
Accounts Payables system. This allows financial institutions and their customers
to know in advance the time of delivery and the actual costs of goods being
delivered (i.e. Charges, Customs duties, Miscellaneous Fees, Changes to the
goods being delivered, etc).
Advanced
Web Technologies
PO2P is based on the cutting
edge web technologies including Java / J2EE and XML. PO2P has great scalability
and flexibility. It meets global requirements without limitation to time zones,
distance and localization.
