Process Outsourcing (BPO)

(Build, Operate, and Transition) offers clients the best of all worlds.
The clients actively participate in the BPO build out process and help
refine the value state of the processing. Once the BPO operation has
been custom established, the quality performance and savings to clients
can be realized. Metrics and continuous process improvement will
further accommodate clients achieving savings and efficiencies. As a
value add component, clients have the option to transition the BPO
operations back into their organization, if appropriate, as clients
