The Integration platform puts two
existing applications (one is using WebLogic / Java / Oracle / WinNT
and the other is in IIS / ASP / MS SQL / WinNT) to a J2EE environment
for BETTER performance, scalability, and seamless integration with
legacy systems. The web architecture consists of multiple tiers. The
new system requires a centralized access point for presentation and
request handling, to support the integration of system services,
content retrieval, view management, and navigation. The web
architecture is composed of client layer, presentation layer, business
layer, integration layer and resource layer. Design patterns used
including MVC, session facade, business delegation, front controller,
service locator, etc. New platform co-existing with the current
platforms: both software and hardware based on the bank's standards in
WebSphere / Java / Oracle / Unix. |
