The payment system is a web-based
payment order entry and delivery system. Customers access the system
via the Internet and use it to create payment orders that are formatted
into SWIFT messages and delivered across the SWIFT network to the
branch at which their debit accounts are held. Although the messages
generated are financial institution (FI) messages--both bank transfers
and customer transfers--non-banks may use the system as well to create
and generate their own customer transfers.
Trade Payment System
includes these features and functions:
- Payment Initiation which
allows a customer to enter and authorize a payment order via an input
template. Three input templates are available, all of which conform to
SWIFT messages
- Payment Tracking which
allows the tracking of payments through their life-cycle from payment
entry through delivery and receipt of SWIFT acknowledgements
- Audit Logging and Report
which allows all activities against transactions will be logged
- Security: Vasco Token is
implemented when a payment is authorized
