KENNY
LEUNG, CEO AND PRESIDENT |
|
As
founder and CEO since its inception in 2001,Kenny has led Premium
Technology's growth into a diversified information technology (IT)
consulting company, focused on Financial Supply Chain Solutions and
Global Trade Finance applications. Kenny, with more than 10 years of
banking technology experience, has provided the vision, management, and
thought leadership to guide Premium Technology through its growth.
Prior to Premium Technology, Kenny co-founded an IT training/consulting
firm. He also held key IT positions at various Wall Street Investment
Banks.
Kenny has an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of N.Y.

PETER CHIN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT |

Peter advises and provides PTI with in-depth financial services
business domain knowledge and assists in formulating its business
strategy and channel sales partners.
Peter is a senior consultant and advisor with over 30 years experience
in banking, investments, and financial services with expertise in
deploying IT based solutions to help firms achieve strategic and
mission-critical business objectives. He has extensive experience with
IT strategy, business activity monitoring, risk management, project
management, outsourcing, business process management, trades
processing, audit, and compliance.
He has held senior management positions at major consulting companies
and global securities firms.
He has been an industry speaker on Straight-Through Processing and the
impact of the euro on US firms doing business in Europe.
Peter has a B.S. in Management and Finance from Long Island University.

MICHAEL LUO, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER |

As
CTO, Michael is responsible for the IT vision, strategy and direction
of PTI's technology solutions coupled with addressing the market-driven
needs of clients.
He has more than seven years experience with Global Trade Finance
applications architecture and development. Appropriately, he oversees
major engagements, emerging technologies, and IT infrastructures at
clients. Michael is also responsible for project methodologies,
technical standards and security for both client engagement delivery
and PTI offices.
Prior to PTI, Michael worked on banking/securities applications at
global firms such as HSBC and conducted university based IT engineering
research.
Michael has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from Huazhong University, China.

GEORGE ANDRUS, V. P. SOLUTION SALES |

As
VP of Solution Sales, George is responsible for the Financial Supply
Chain Solutions sales. George has over thirty years of experience in
the financial industry, from back-office operations to sales, marketing
and global account management.
With a successful sales background in software solutions, outsourcing,
and other technology based services, he is a valued member of the
Premium Technology team. Prior to joining Premium Technology, he held
senior sales positions at Citibank, EDS, and Capgemini.
He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a B.A. from
California State Sonoma.

VIVIAN
LU, CHIEF FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER |

As
CFO and CAO, Vivian manages the financial and accounting, human
resources, and general administration functions at PTI.
Vivian has extensive experience with financial based activities such as
loan origination and processing, credit analysis, cash flow analysis,
financial planning and budgeting, and financial reporting.
Vivian has an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Pace
University and a B.S. from Fun-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. |
