KENNY LEUNG, CEO AND PRESIDENT |

As founder and CEO since its inception in 2001,Kenny has led Premium Technology's growth into a diversified information technology (IT)
consulting company, focused on Financial Supply Chain Solutions and Global Trade Finance applications. Kenny, with more than 10
years of banking technology experience, has provided the vision, management, and thought leadership to guide Premium Technology
through its growth. Prior to Premium Technology, Kenny co-founded an IT training/consulting firm. He also held key IT positions
at various Wall Street Investment Banks.
Kenny has an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
from Polytechnic University of N.Y.

PETER CHIN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT |

Mr. Chin is responsible for market strategy and global sales of the financial supply chain
solutions product suite ‘FinShare’.
He joined Premium in 2004 to provide thought leadership
and develop the FinShare go-to-market product strategy. He works with clients to formulate financial
supply chain solutions by leveraging their existing trade finance and technology capabilities.
He has over 30 years experience in banking, investments, and financial services with
expertise in deploying technology based solutions to help firms achieve strategic and
mission-critical business objectives. He has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Prudential
Bache, JPMorgan, and consulting firm Capgemini in the U.S. and Asia/Pacific Region.
Mr. Chin
has a B.S. in Management and Finance degree.

MICHAEL LUO, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER |

As CTO, Michael is responsible for the IT vision, strategy and direction of PTI's technology solutions coupled with addressing the market-driven
needs of clients.
He has more than fifteen years experience with Global Trade Finance applications architecture and development. Appropriately,
he oversees major engagements, emerging technologies, and IT infrastructures at clients. Michael is also responsible for project methodologies,
technical standards and security for both client engagement delivery and PTI offices. Prior to PTI, Michael worked on banking/securities applications
at global firms such as HSBC and conducted university based IT engineering research.
Michael has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University, China.

STEPHEN CUI, Vice President |
| |
Stephen Cui has a wealth of sales, marketing strategy and management experience in Chinese market, and established good relationship
with Chinese customer. Before joining Premium Technology, Stephen worked as senior software consultant in AT&T, Merrill Lynch and D&B.
Stephen
has M.S. in Computer Science from Hood College and M.S. in Management Science in China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing)

DENNIS VAN DINA, V.P. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT |

Dennis leads Premium Technology’s business development IT staffs and client relationship efforts. He has over 20 years of IT
services in marketing and business development. His expertise is the financial sector related to on-site or outsourced mission
critical IT projects including staff augmentation. He has developed associations with C-Level executives, client management,
and central vendor managing groups with leading global banks and securities firms such as JPMC, Merrill Lynch, UBS, Citibank,
Federal Reserve Bank, and Goldman Sachs.
Dennis has a B.S. from St. John’s University.

DOUGLAS SALOM, V. P. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT |

Douglas is the VP of Business Development, responsible for sales of FinShare product suite in the Americas and EMEA regions. His
background prior to joining Premium Technology in 2010 includes an eight year tenure at CSI BankTrade where he managed North American sales
of their trade finance / letters of credit software. Douglas represents Premium Technology at major industry events such as Sibos, CFA,
and BAFT-IFSA annual meetings and serves on BAFT-IFSA's Supply Chain Management committee.
Douglas holds a B.A. in both Business
Administration and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College.

STEVE TSENG, CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER |

Steve is the Chief Product Officer, serving the Trade Finance solutions of Premium.
Steve is a senior product manager with over 20
years of experience in leading product development roles. He specializes in the fields of trade financing, cash management, and payment
processing. He has extensive experience working with both developers and customers in the development and support of products and services.
Prior to Premium, Steve held senior management positions at software solutions providers.
Steve has a M.S. in Computer Science from
PACE University and a B.S. in Transportation Management from National Chaio-Tung University, China.

GORDON LI, GENERAL MANAGER OF CHINA OPERATIONS |
| |
Gordon is the General Manager of China Operations, focusing on Supply Chain Finance solutions.
Gordon joined Premium Technology’s
US headquarters in March of 2002 as a technical leader. He led the ABN AMRO bank initiatives for Premium. In 2007, he was transferred to
support the China Operations of Premium. Prior to working for Premium, Gordon has held senior IT positions in firms located in both the US
and China.
Gordon has a B.S. in Computer Science from East China Normal University.

VIVIAN LU, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |

As CFO, Vivian manages the financial and accounting, human resources, and general administration functions at PTI.
Vivian has
extensive experience with financial based activities such as loan origination and processing, credit analysis, cash flow analysis,
financial planning and budgeting, and financial reporting.
Vivian has an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Pace
University and a B.S. from Fun-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan.
